Even Fiat has better build quality than this.

The mirror indicator edges have a surprisingly unfinished trim job.

The rear quarter panel has an oddly shaped cut line at the tail lamp. OK, maybe it’s just the stamping shape that made it cheaper to trim this way. Let’s compare with the other side...

Hilariously, the other side’s trimming is quite normal in comparison.

The biggest piece of crap I’ve owned to date is an award-winning Honda built by non-union workers 40 miles from my home in Alabama.

Isn’t all the stamping and panel shaving/trimming automated? Those are rather hazardous tasks easily done by robots. This is the kind of build quality you’d expect if the panels were hand-trimmed.

Unless they were actually hand-trimmed...cue horror movie soundtrack.

Plausible. Serbia has to cater to the more critical EU market while FCA NA does not. It’s A reason why, traditionally, NA market cars weren’t taken seriously in Europe. Especially 10+ years ago.
